Technical Tour
Smart Grid, Substation and Battery Energy Storage
Introduction: As part of ASGC9, participants will have the opportunity to join a technical tour featuring key power-system and smart-energy infrastructure in Hanoi. The tour will include visits to HANOI HGC Headquarters, the 220 kV Thanh Xuân Substation, and the Sài Đồng Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Participants will gain practical insights into power-system operation, substation automation and protection, battery energy storage, and the integration of smart-grid technologies into the modern electricity network.
